Rather than create a Twitter thread this year, I thought it best to collate my Grammy Awards 2022 predictions here where I have written thousands of words about this award show before. There’s some commentary with some of the categories, but don’t be expecting much of this to be at all accurate, my track record …
There are only 2 songs I’ve tipped for nominations in both Song and Record of the Year in 2017 both of which are the obvious favourites across either award; Hello and Formation are guaranteed nominations here. Continue reading

Pile of Shame is a series where I attempt to wade through the endless amount of unfinished games in my library, as well as tackling classic games that I’ve never gotten around to. Each month I’ll be revising the 10 current titles I’ll be playing, with a post on each individual game sharing my thoughts and … Continue reading

The genre I’m usually most confident with at this point in the year, the placement of songs here in 2016 is still difficult to decide. We saw last year that a huge hit, Major Lazer’s Lean On was submitted for the Pop field, leading it to miss out on the nomination/win that it was sure to receive in the dance category. Given that the lines between Dance/Pop/RnB/Rap are so blurred, this entire list may need a rethink once the submissions lists begin to be revealed. Continue reading
As always, I’m kicking off Grammy nomination prediction season with Best New Artist the award I’m notoriously bad at predicting. Last year I was convinced that Meghan Trainor wouldn’t win and she did, but at least I had her pegged as a nominee. This year I’m feeling oddly confident about my picks, all with major success under their belt. Continue reading

It seems like everything I end up writing about on this blog is based on listening to albums, or playing games that I’ve never got around to before. There’s something so obviously thrilling about sharing your first thoughts of something that ‘everyone’ should experience. Like so many other people, after two decades of playing videogames, I’ve … Continue reading
