I recieved exam results from January today and on first glance I was faced with dissapointment.
A C just wasn’t what I wanted in English Literature, my Dr Faustus essay being especially great. I was pleased with two As and two Bs in Maths though, despite none of my results reaching the high standards of last year.
Fast forward to breaktime and I now learn that I was one mark off a B in English and scored by far the best in most of the maths modules compared to the rest of the year.
Does this make me feel better about my results? Should I dissassociate myself from other people’s marks? Is ending my blog posts with questions just plain lazy?
I just don’t know!
